How Taken
You can take Topamax with or without meal as per your doctor’s direction. The drug should be swallowed and not crushed or broken. While taking Topamax, one has to drink plenty of fluids to prevent kidney stones. You should not stop Topomax suddenly.
Missed Dose
If a dosage is missed, you can take it as soon as you remember it. And if it is nearly time for the next dosage, it is better to skip the missed one and continue with the regular dosage. Well, do not take two dosages.
